The process begins with an architectural consultation. You provide your target workloads (e.g. Unreal Engine 5, Premiere, PyTorch machine learning, 4K high-FPS gaming), target aesthetic, and budget. Our senior systems architects generate a tailored hardware specification and 3D loop route diagram. Once approved, your machine enters physical assembly, silicon binning, and a 48-hour thermal stress validation.

Standard custom air-cooled or AIO workstations are typically assembled and certified within 3 to 5 business days. Bespoke hardline acrylic / borosilicate glass liquid loops with CNC distro plates typically take 7 to 10 business days, allowing for comprehensive leak pressure-testing and burn-in.

All-In-One (AIO) coolers have small radiator surface areas and non-serviceable sealed loops. Our bespoke loops use industrial D5 pumps capable of 1500 L/h flow rates, high-grade copper blocks with micro-fin channels, and multi-radiator arrays that maintain fluid Delta T below 8°C under full multi-hour sustained load, preventing all thermal throttling.

No two silicon dies perform identically due to manufacturing variances. At our Bahawalpur laboratory, we test dozens of processor and GPU dies to isolate the top 1% capable of maintaining maximum clock speeds at lower voltages (undervolting), resulting in higher boost sustained performance and cooler, quieter acoustics.

Absolutely. We have high-end demo test benches equipped with calibrated OLED studio monitors, RTX 4090 / RTX 5000 Ada GPUs, and high-speed NVMe arrays. You can bring a high-speed USB-C drive with your actual Blender scenes, Premiere timelines, or Unreal Engine levels to test real-world rendering times.

We accept online bank wire transfers (Raast / IBFT across all Pakistani banks), major credit and debit cards, corporate purchase orders (PO), and international SWIFT wire transfers in PKR or USD. Cash payments are also accepted at the Bahawalpur store cash desk.

Yes, we provide full corporate tax invoices, registered NTN / GST credentials, and volume fleet procurement schedules with dedicated SLAs and maintenance contracts.

Our warranty covers 100% of parts and labor for 3 full years. If a component fails or degrades below factory tolerances, it is replaced. Custom liquid loops also carry an unconditional leak-free guarantee: if a fitting leaks, all affected components are replaced free of charge.
