Terms of Hardware Service &
Master Commissioning Agreement

By commissioning a build, submitting a formal purchase order, or completing an invoice transaction with Techline Computers, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms of Hardware Service.

Each bespoke workstation is tailored to exact individual compute workloads. Specifications are locked upon initial engineering review and deposit payment.

Bespoke systems, customized liquid-loop distributions, and binned silicon builds require a minimum commitment deposit (typically 30% to 50% depending on component sourcing requirements).

• Deposits cover immediate component allocation and CNC manufacturing of custom acrylic / distro blocks.
• Deposits become non-refundable once physical silicon has undergone binning qualification or liquid tubing has been bent to customer chassis geometry.
• Final balance is due upon presentation of certified thermal stress benchmarks prior to crate dispatch.

Techline Computers engineers test processor and GPU dies against strict VCore and frequency profiles. All factory overclocks provided on our flagship machines are calibrated within safe electromigration voltage limits.

Our custom loops utilize industrial-grade non-conductive coolants, borosilicate hardline tubing, and compression fittings pressure-tested at 0.6 bar for 24 hours.

To maintain thermal efficiency, coolant fluid flushes are recommended every 18 to 24 months. Techline provides direct replenishment fluid kits and concierge maintenance service for all commissioned builds.

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and US Dollars (USD) for international clients. All applicable duties and taxes are detailed explicitly on official proforma invoices.

Title and legal ownership of all hardware remains with Techline Computers until payment is settled in full.

Every complete workstation is secured in heavy-duty custom foam crates with expanding Instapak foam supporting internal graphics cards.

Full transit replacement insurance is included on all domestic and international shipments. Risk of loss transfers to the client upon physical signature and initial seal inspection at the delivery destination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan.
