Full replacement coverage on all internal hardware components including GPU, CPU, motherboard, power supply, and memory modules.

Pressure-tested at 0.6 bar. If any custom fitting or block develops a leak during the warranty period, all damaged hardware is replaced at zero cost.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE PROTOCOL

Step-by-Step RMA Procedure

STEP 01

Remote Diagnostic

Connect via WhatsApp or email with your system serial number. We review hardware sensor telemetry, crash dumps, and thermal readouts.

STEP 02

Crate Collection

We dispatch a pre-formed Instapak foam crate to your studio address or schedule immediate in-store drop-off at our Bahawalpur atelier.

STEP 03

Atelier Bench Testing

Faulty components are isolated, replaced with manufacturer binned dies, and re-tested with a 24-hour thermal cycle.

STEP 04

Insured Return

The workstation is recalibrated and returned via expedited courier with an updated validation certificate.

Return & Exchange Window

Standard peripheral hardware and unopened components may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for full credit, subject to packaging inspection.

Because custom liquid workstations feature individually bent rigid tubing and personalized chassis modifications, returns for remorse are subject to a 15% refurbishment and re-stocking deduction. Any manufacturing defects or performance variances are replaced at zero cost under warranty.

Exclusions & Void Scenarios

The Obsidian Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical impact, drop damage, or improper unboxing without internal foam extraction.
  • Use of uncertified automotive coolants, dyes, or tap water in liquid loops.
  • Third-party unauthorized BIOS flashes exceeding certified voltage limits.
  • Power surge damage resulting from ungrounded mains electricity without surge protection.
