INSURED FREIGHT & WHITE-GLOVE LOGISTICS
NATIONWIDE & INTERNATIONAL

White-Glove Freight & Precision Logistics Protocol

High-performance liquid workstations require specialized handling. Every machine leaving our Bahawalpur facility is packaged in reinforced flight crates with expanding internal foam bracing to prevent micro-fractures in transit.

Custom Flight Crates

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer enclosures with CNC-cut closed-cell foam padding designed to withstand up to 100 kg of external compressive force.

Instapak Internal Bracing

Expanding chemical foam is cast inside the chassis around the GPU, reservoir, and water tubing, locking every component firmly in place against road vibration.

Full Replacement Transit Insurance

Every shipment includes 100% replacement valuation transit insurance. In the rare event of damage, a replacement unit is expedited immediately.

GLOBAL

For international clients across the GCC, Europe, and North America, workstations are shipped via pressurized cargo air freight:

  • Customs declarations, HS Code classifications, and component commercial invoices are fully documented.
  • Liquid-cooled systems for air freight are drained and purged with dry inert nitrogen to conform with IATA non-hazardous cargo regulations, with sealed coolant canisters packaged separately.
  • Estimated international transit: 4 to 8 business days worldwide.
CRITICAL HANDOVER INSTRUCTION

Mandatory First-Boot Unboxing Protocol

Before connecting power or powering on your workstation, please execute the following 3-step startup verification:

CHECK 01
Remove Internal Foam

Unscrew the tempered glass side panel and gently pull out the expanding Instapak foam insert that braces the GPU and liquid fittings.

CHECK 02
Inspect Liquid Reservoir

Confirm the coolant level in the main reservoir acrylic chamber reaches at least 80% capacity with zero visible bubbles in the pump inlet.

CHECK 03
Connect Display to GPU

Always plug your DisplayPort / HDMI cable into the dedicated discrete graphics card ports, not the motherboard video output ports.
