ENCRYPTED & PROTECTED
VERSION 2.4 • REVISED 2026

Privacy Architecture & Data Confidentiality Protocol

At Techline Computers, we design precision hardware and bespoke workstation clusters for enterprises, creators, and engineers. We treat your personal credentials, studio pipeline specifications, and proprietary hardware workloads with zero-compromise confidentiality.

01.

Scope & Core Tenets

This Privacy Architecture outlines the explicit protocols by which Techline Computers ("we," "our," or "the Atelier") collects, safeguards, and processes technical and personal data through our digital platforms, showroom consultations, bespoke commissions, and hardware diagnostics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to advertising networks. Our business model is entirely focused on delivering world-class computing machines, verified overclocks, and custom liquid loops.

02.

Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with Techline Computers, we may process:

  • Consultation & Commission Inquiries: Full name, corporate email address, contact telephone or WhatsApp number, and technical project requirements.
  • Architectural Workload Profiles: Information regarding target software suites (e.g., Unreal Engine 5, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, PyTorch, Maya), GPU cluster preferences, and required thermal constraints.
  • Delivery & Logistics Records: Physical delivery address, recipient identity verification for white-glove crate dispatch, and courier telemetry.
  • Technical Telemetry: Anonymized browser performance metrics, viewport dimensions, and interaction times collected solely to optimize 3D viewer rendering and layout fluidity.
03.

Client NDA & Studio Confidentiality

Many of our workstations are commissioned by commercial VFX studios, game studios, and research laboratories working under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

We adhere to rigorous confidentiality firewalls: we never photograph, benchmark, or publish hardware built for proprietary client deployments without prior written authorization. Any test render files or simulation caches provided to us for benchmark validation are cryptographically erased upon certified handover.

04.

Benchmark Telemetry & Hardware Logs

Every Techline custom liquid-cooled build undergoes a mandatory 48-hour burn-in phase in our Bahawalpur laboratory. During this procedure, we log hardware telemetry including:

• Core Voltage & Peak Wattage
• Flow Meter RPM & Liquid Delta T
• Cinebench R23 / Timespy Extreme Cycles
• Thermal Chamber Delta Variance (±0.5°C)

These records are tied exclusively to the machine's cryptographic hardware serial certificate and are provided directly to you upon delivery.

05.

Encryption & Security Infrastructure

All data transmitted through our web interfaces uses TLS 1.3 encryption with strict Transport Layer Security (HSTS) and SHA-256 cipher suites.

Staff access to customer records is governed by granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) enforced by Firestore Security Rules. Administrative credentials require hardware security keys (FIDO2) and multi-factor authorization.

06.

Local Storage & Client Cache

Our web client utilizes minimal, functional browser local storage to preserve your preferences:

  • Store location, contact numbers, and audition hours cache.
  • Reduced motion accessibility preferences.
  • Temporary consultation form state to prevent data loss upon unexpected page refresh.

We do not deploy intrusive third-party cross-site tracking pixels or cookie beacons.

07.

Data Subject Rights & Concierge Contact

You retain the right to inspect, export, modify, or permanently purge any personal records held within our database. To request a cryptographic archive of your account or commission history, contact our data governance desk:
